The Firm of Addington & Mills, PSC traces its history to circa 1940. The Firm occupied offices in the SecurityTrust Building in Lexington, KY from inception until moving to the present offices in Eagle View Plaza in Lexington, KY in August 2005.
Shareholders of the present Firm of Addington & Mills, PSC are Donald R. Addington, who has been associated with the Firm since October 1977, and Michael S. Mills, who has been associated with the Firm since January 1985.
Recent past shareholders of the Firm were John A. Roberts, who was associated with the Firm from the early 1950s until his death in 1987, and J.Brooks Pitman, who was associated with the Firm as a shareholder from 1965 until his semi-retirement in 1999 and as a valued associate until his retirement in 2019.
The primary goal of our Firm is to furnish our clients with the best professional services available. We want not only to meet the recognized needs of our clients but to be alert to anticipate new needs and to provide counsel to our clients regarding these needs. We want always to provide the highest quality services and never to sacrifice quality work for any reason. We, of course, want to furnish these services at fees that our clients feel are reasonable and which at the same time will furnish adequate financial remuneration to our staff and shareholders.
